1. You will need to provide sufficient knowledge of the species you wish to purchase and how to meet the 5 animal welfare requirements.
2. Please ensure that you have the correct setup for the animal. If you have any questions please
let us know. Enquiries for best setups are welcome.
3. You must be over 18 years of age to purchase a reptile. Proof will be required if in doubt. Under 18’s attending a reptile experience will need to be accompanied by an adult.
4. We reserve the right to reject any prospective owner. The welfare of the animal must come first.
5. Deposit to reserve an animal is £30.
6. If you need to book a courier, we do this for you. We use Green’s Couriers. We can provide you with a quote when you enquire. All courier fees must be paid when reserving the animal. The courier fee may be non-refundable depending on the courier rules.
7. If you need to change your courier date, this may come at an additional cost. This is based on the courier rules, not our own.
8. Final invoices for remaining fees are sent out before the courier run or collection. Please ensure payments are made before the collection date.
9. Once reserved, we send regular image updates to you. We will give you more details about this at the time.
10. Reptiles will leave for their new home with full health records.
11. Experiences have a non-refundable deposit (£30 for 1 hour on-site and 20% of off-site).
